This website exists to present and sell design objects made by VEKSU in Madrid. Through it you can see the products available, make enquiries and buy the items offered using the payment methods provided.

All content on veksu.com — including, without limitation, text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, designs and navigation structure, as well as trade marks, trade names and distinctive signs — belongs to VEKSU or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.
The VEKSU trade mark and the product name Luke, together with their visual identity and industrial design, are exclusive assets of the owner. Their reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication without prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.
Accessing the website does not imply any waiver, transfer or assignment, whether total or partial, of those rights.
4. Terms of use
Using this website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. You agree to make proper use of the content and services, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order.
Using the website for unlawful purposes, or in ways that harm the rights and interests of third parties, is prohibited, as is any action that may damage, disable or impair the website or prevent it from working normally.

Luke is a design object with a hidden compartment. It is not a safe, it holds no security certification of any kind, and it is neither designed nor marketed as an approved security device.
The security Luke offers rests solely on visual camouflage — that is, on the fact that it does not reveal its function at a glance. VEKSU gives no guarantee whatsoever that its contents are protected against theft, loss, water, fire, impact or any other external circumstance.
You are solely responsible for assessing whether Luke is suitable for your intended use, and for the consequences of storing any object, document or asset inside it. VEKSU is expressly released from any liability for loss or damage arising from use or misuse of the product.
Buying Luke implies express acceptance of this limitation.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from use of this website, the owner and the user submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
